This place has gone through 2 property management change within the 8 something years since my mother lived here. They are extremely disorganized, and lack communication! This most recent property mgmt (Velair Mgmt), they sent my mother an eviction notice saying my mother was late on her rent when really she wasn't. They tried to say she owes them backpay! There is illegal activity going on here and the property management has not addressed it. Even after being notified by the police and concerned neighbors.

This apartment complex is extremely filthy!!!! The Office Manager does not care about the building or the residents and she is also never in the office. They pay workers crumbs so they can never keep consistent Maintenance Workers or Care Takers. Corporate office never returns calls. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
