I live in these apartments! I advise not coming to rent one of these. When I first moved in, the complex was good, but through the years, it sucks!! Managers continue to suck they come and go every couple of years. GEM, in my opinion, is not a good rental place for living! I can't understand the lack of professionalism of the managers? I don't get it!
