The entire complex is old, out dated, and the rent prices are not worth the living conditions I as a tenant has been subjected too..The complex needs to be shut down completely, remodeled, pay for the tents to relocate, hire a completely new staff management and maintenance. They do not adequately fix the issues within the apartments, they do a cosmetic job on the issues from holes in the walls, A/C units, appliances, ventilation systems, wall plugs not working properly.
