Don't give them a holding deposit, they will steal your money!! I was lied to about apartment availability. I agreed to a shared apartment with a female roommate and when I arrived on the agreed upon move-in date, the manager Robert told me it was not available! He offered to show me a room with a male roommate that was "move-in ready" and the room was filthy/unliveable. Willow Ridge is well-located, pet-friendly and safe! Oversized balconies and tons of storage. Management is Friendly and i definitely recommend this place!
We are actually very pleased with the Willow Ridge complex and how well it is run. It is well kept and inexpensive. Management is quite helpful and super-responsive if you have an issue or get locked out. Rather quiet neighborhood, yet close to supermarkets, banking and medical offices. My wife and I love it here.
An overall happy experience with Willow Ridge. Place is clean, quiet and value-priced. Management is pet-friendly and I personally like the park-like grounds. Best feature: you can walk to Frys and get all the food shopping done. You can also bike to ERAU.
I lived here for over a year and honestly really like it. This place is less expensive than nearby complexes that I also considered and location is quiet, yet close to downtown. Apartments are of decent size and are well maintained. I never had any problems with the neighbors or management.
Willow Ridge is fantastic! So much comfort for that price i was not able to find anywhere else. The apartments are very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a bank nearby, store.... all what i need! :) I recommend to everyone!
Best overall value in Prescott, AZ for the size of Unit and location. All 2 bedroom units feature 2 master baths and walk-in closets, huge balconies and FREE wireless internet (WiFi). Park-like setting, minutes from downtown.
