Corrupt! Corrupt! Travel nurse here that paid an application fee, and then was called and told an apartment was available, but I had to send them an additional 285$ to hold it. So I did. They then emailed me the entire cost! They did not inform me of this until I sent them a holding fee. As a travel nurse we do 13 week contracts and they wanted a 1500$ security deposit, the 1500$ first months and a 400$ pet deposit. No internet, and they only cover utilities up to like 40$/month. The location of the apartments , the trees and the helpful staff who have answered questions that come to me every so often have made this our next home. We can't wait!
Don't give them a holding deposit, they will steal your money!! I was lied to about apartment availability. I agreed to a shared apartment with a female roommate and when I arrived on the agreed upon move-in date, the manager Robert told me it was not available! He offered to show me a room with a male roommate that was "move-in ready" and the room was filthy/unliveable. Willow Ridge is well-located, pet-friendly and safe! Oversized balconies and tons of storage. Management is Friendly and i definitely recommend this place!
Decent value in an expensive town. Have been living at the Complex for over 2 years. Very convenient location - close to downtown, shopping and yet quiet. Inexpensive when compared to other places in Prescott. Clean, safe and something that I call home until I buy my own place.
This place is amazing. The service is always great, and it is very clean! My boyfriend and I stayed here in March and it was fabulous! I would stay here again !
We are actually very pleased with the Willow Ridge complex and how well it is run. It is well kept and inexpensive. Management is quite helpful and super-responsive if you have an issue or get locked out. Rather quiet neighborhood, yet close to supermarkets, banking and medical offices. My wife and I love it here.
