Too expensive for the quality of housing. Not enough parking and residents are high risk of towing every week. The water is always being worked on at inconvenient times each and every week. Hilcrest would be better than living here.
RecommendedI've lived in so many apartment complexes over the years and I have never encountered a better management and maintenance staff! First off, Lauren is great- always friendly and helpful to her residences. Whenever there is an issue, she responds right away and does her best to get issues solved as soon as possible. I'm not usually one to write online reviews but I would just like to say I've lived here for 4 years now and Willow Ridge is as good as it's ever been. I have to give most of that credit to the maintenance team you have here, Landon Green especially. He is quick to arrive when I have an issue and does not leave until it is fixed no matter the extent of the problem. He is invested in residents understanding the issue and how he goes about fixing it. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about him!
Just signed a new lease. I have lived in a few apartments over the years but the new management and maintenance team make this place top of my list. They are very responsive. I had a lock problem on a Sunday. Called the emergency number and within the hour Dave was there. He not only changed the lock but made sure it was going to work. This has been an ongoing problem more related to door than lock. He told me doors are gong to be replaced soon. He took his time even though it was his Sunday off.
