This company placed a hard credit check on our credit and we only were looking to rent a trailer off of them. We were not applying for a loan, we were not applying for credit. The lady Nancy goes into the specks of the house I just sold. Square footage and everything! I have contact a lawyer because my husband is a disabled vet with many appointments in Johnson City but has a full scholarship to go to school to work in a different field since his injury and surgery. Debbie came to the house, did a walkthrough, made suggestions for buyer appeal. I proceeded with the touch ups and such. Listed my home for an amount above what I was thinking. Eight days on the market, had a contract. The buyers had a few hurdles and requests. Debbie helped with the issues and closed the deal. Her professionalism reflects great credit upon herself and the realtor industry.
Sorry I had to give even one star the lady that we met yesterday was so rude disrespectful and out of line i had to just walk away . How ever I dis speak to a lawyer this morning and what happened was purely discrimination and the lawyer thinks we should take action against willow reality. I have never felt the way she made me feel yesterday... my little boy even picked up on it and he is only 6. SMH this kind of behavior should be addressed not swept under the rug. Dosent even deserve one star, One mad mom
Nancy has always been extremely responsive, hard working and knowledgeable. I bought my house from her and was so pleased, I have sent several referrals (who were also happy!) Highly recommended
