Joke of a place.
They repeatedly raise the rent . Have no real amenities… there is very little improvements or updating. The privacy fences on the units are falling apart. And the new property manager NEVER answers the phone ! And ALWAYS has excuses. Used to be a nice place to live it’s sad to see how it continues with each property manager to go downhill!
I stayed here, the lady in the office is amazing and she loves what she does and u can tell. She also seemed defeated from the questions we asked, it seemed her hands were always tied from the so called manager Matt and the owners. Trying to talk to the manager is like trying to a man who thinks he's above everyone else. It wouldn't surprise me if in a few more years they sell to a section 8 housing company after they bleed u dry for rent.
