Willowpond apartment We have two apartment complexes 'St Francis Arms' and Willow pond managed by same leasing office. It is located in Sunnyvale city at very good location. Grocery store, restaurant and bus stops are walkable. Once you live in there u won't feel like moving to any other place.
Good Location, Month to Month Leasing agreement Good Location Unit is spacious month to month leasing - Small community, small pool Kids can't come out and play Noise from loading/unloading safeway trucks.
Saint Francis Arms This hotel used to be an apartment complex. I really liked the room because it was large and comfortable. The room had a lot of amenities including a full kitchen. I also liked that the hotel was quiet. The staff was pretty helpful as well. I think the stairs could use some improvement.
