Im writing this review because my neighbor lied in her post giving the place a 1 star. She acted unruly because she didnt want maintenance to see she had a washing machine in the unit and was flooding our unit. Maintenance had to call the cops because she refused entry. The employees at Willow Pointe truly care about the tenants and thats what keeps me here. My neighbor knows too, thats why she wont move. Thank you Willow Pointe staff for all you do. We appreciate you. I have your back!

My husband and I are looking to relocate and we came across this apartment complex, and from the moment I stepped in the customer service was incredible everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient because sometimes I can ask a lot of questions and they went above and beyond! I would love to live in complex like this with people who care and don’t treat you like just another customer. So shout out to that team I hope I got their names right Nyasia , Tish , Nyckole !!!
