I would never move back here. After one year we had enough and moved out. Our townhouse was not “upscale” at all. Countertops were not attached to the counters upon move in, showers walls were bulged out, mold was an issue in each bathroom. Shower heads had really high pressure and in turn hot water ran out fast. The stairs depth were really short and annoying to walk up and down. I would not recommend this place. I have lived here for 5 years and continues to go downhill. Prices are comparable to new, updated homes where these have never been touched since being built. New owners and management nickel and dime every expense. Things that were once included are no longer available, maintenance is a joke too. The only positives is they are close to good schools and a park
