I am a new Tennant. Myself, my wife and 7 month old baby. I pay $2733 per month for a 2 bed 2.5 which is a lot of money! We did 4 walk throughs at our "newly renovated townhouse" after a month things were still not move in ready but we had no choice. Our unit (G083) had a pipe burst, causing water to flood through the baseboards of the entire unit. We had guests staying with us and had to evacuate at 3:00 a.m. It's now been six days, and we still haven't received any written update explaining what happened, how repairs will be handled, or whether any compensation or assistance will be provided. Beautiful grounds. Quiet. My apartment suits to a t. Friendly staff and am glad to see them looking for assistance in both office and maintenance - too much for the few people here now. I had a couple of issues that required attention and they were right on it. Hope to be here for a number of years.
I am making this review even though my wife had to deal with the office staff way more than I. She was so exhausted when we moved in April that she just wanted to forget about the existence of this place. We moved into a townhouse when the private owners owned this place. Terry fixed any and everything within 2 hours of us letting them know that something needed to be fixed. The front office lady (Lurena?) was upfront about everything, kind and most of all competent.
