I had to wait over a month for my maintence request to be taken care of. I had to stay on them and make sure that I could get them to come in to do the work order. Communication with Cade via phone is near impossible to speak to a person on the phone. I had to actually consistently go into to the office to ask for updates. They do not return calls or texts. The property itself is a great property and beautiful its just the lack of communication with tenants.
Edit: Removed rant that may distract from the point: This complex was purchased by a large corporation for the sole purpose of milking every dollar out of its tenants, not to provide good housing at a good price. Good luck.
