The apartments themselves are nice but that's it. If you do a maintenance request it will take a long time to get anyone to come out and look at it let alone fix it. Getting ahold of management is next to impossible. The phone numbers don't even work, it just calls then hangs up. Most of the time if I try to go to the office no one is there. I try to email but don't get a response to that either. Our lease is up in a week and we've gotten nothing about a new one. 1. Tried calling management multiple times to report maintenance problem. No answer and no ability to leave a message. 2. Called "emergency" maintenance line. Rang many, many times before finally answered. Told to call management. They finally agreed to contact management to report problem. 3. No response from either management or maintenance. 4. Problem NOT resolved.

We moved to Cade Apartments in November, 2025. One thing that first caught our attention was the green grass and the feel of a park-like setting. Although it feels a bit rural, there are several grocery options and, of course, a Starbucks and Trader Joe's a short distance away. From our first meeting, the staff has been very responsive and the maintenance team excellent. The level of service has been more than we anticipated. We are very pleased to be living at Cade.
