Willow Place Apartment's has a great reputation and is only 4 blocks from campus and 4 blocks from shopping and dining with very compatible rates. I have 2 bedroom 1 bath, 3 bedroom 1 bath and 3 bedroom 2 bath apts. They all come with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and of course the fridge and stove. Willow Place has been under new Management for 5 years and it continues to be a great place to live.

The new management is horrible, they trick new apartment renters into signing contracts making them responsible for their roommates (who you’ve probably never met before in your life) failure to pay rent. They’re condescending with any problems you come to them with. And they overcharge for EVERYTHING. You have to pay for parking that is basically unusable during the winter months. I could go on, KEEP SEARCHING THIS ISN’T THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
Horrible management. No amenities. You could definitely find a better cheaper apt closer to campus. Willow place is the worst place I’ve lived in pullman.
