Don’t have cleaning people do the inspections because of course they are going to say the apartment is dirty and we cleaned it spotless never again will I rent from here and I am moving back to vernal.
I have lived here for about 6-7 months and I have never had any trouble with anything. Whenever I need help with maintenance, I just send a quick note to the online portal (convenient) and it gets done within a day or two. During move in, I was offered assistance if needed, it is very pet friendly. The manager is more than kind and thoughtful, and loves to help out whenever possible if someone is in need. I don't live here myself, but I stayed here for a good portion of a month with a friend who does. The manager is a very professional, organized, trustworthy and friendly woman. She is very attentive to any maintenance requested, and tasks are completed promptly and effectively. I would definitely recommend Willow Park to anyone seeking an apartment in the area.
I have lived in these apartments since July. When I first moved in nothing seemed to get done by the management company people. ALL THAT HAS CHANGED!!!! We now have a really professional, reliable and energetic manager. She lives on site and this place looks GREAT! It never takes more than 1 day to get a maintenance issue resolved. I am a happy tenant.
