No option for a zero star, disappointing! -The receptionist deceived me. She called me, said there was an avail. Sched. I asked her the name of hygienist and accepted the sched. It turned out it was not the same hygienist and did not admit she mentioned the name to me and keep insisting. Never apologized until a colleague told her. Manager should not hire a deceiving worker like this! I had a great experience at Willow Dental Clinic. The staff are very welcoming, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. My dentist was gentle and attentive, which made the whole appointment stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide, and I would highly recommend Willow Dental Clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
THE BEST dentist I ever went too. Dr Tesanovic very easy to talk to and answered al my questions. Her 'bed side' manner is the best a person could ask for. Her, and Cathy, were always concerned with my comfort. The extraction went so well I had to ask if the tooth was pulled yet and it was, Five stars to both of them!
