The staff, and the aimco corporation, are awful, greedy people. I pay about 730 a month for a two-bedroom. Yet, the development feels it is acceptable to charge 25 dollars for a key to their tiny gym, which is only open during office hours, and the office is frequently closed during regular hours because they are improperly staffed. Also, make sure that you never use their online rent payment system.
