I lived here long ago it was a very nice place clean n beautiful outdoors patio Im talking about 18 years ago..Can someone tell how it now..IM ready to back here again..very convenient place lots of shops n mall
The staff, and the aimco corporation, are awful, greedy people. I pay about 730 a month for a two-bedroom. Yet, the development feels it is acceptable to charge 25 dollars for a key to their tiny gym, which is only open during office hours, and the office is frequently closed during regular hours because they are improperly staffed. Also, make sure that you never use their online rent payment system.
