I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING ON ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES PERIOD!!!!!! I have been living here (1408 W Willow Apt 206, Lafayette La 70506) since MARCH 2020. I was told to move in and that maintenance is currently in the apartment repairing the AC unit and that he would be done and my AC would be up and running before the close of business. New office staffing is so desperately needed! Lived in Willow Parks since I was 5yrs old. This is by far the worst team I’ve ever seen. Neither employee was ever made to be a leasing agent. Plain and simple.
Very nice and newly renovated. Also very affordable. I have lived here for over 11 years and have never had a problem. My neighbors are great.
