In March 2019 Willow Park Apartments was bought by Pacific Properties who said nothing about raising the rent until 6 months later. They have also added an additional $40 to $50 per month by charging for water for which there are no individual meters. Tenants "share" meters with others. There are additional separate charges for sewer, trash, and pest control plus a big charge for liability insurance which does not cover the tenant and is payable only to Willow Park Apartments.
