I was a patient for over a year. I fell on the sidewalk outside the clinic. It was the clinic’s fault as there was a faulty sidewalk. Since then, they have painted it red to show the difference in the sidewalk. They have taken no responsibility in what happened. I had a concussion, banged up my hands, knees and face. I have to have new lenses as mine were chipped. They didn’t even call to check on me the next day. I’m not sure they even care about their patients. It’s all about the money! I’m so disappointed!

This was a great institution until about a year ago.
Dr. Bagwell and office staff are like family. They make me feel special and are courteous, caring and efficient all the while, making my care a priority. .
I’ve been in extreme nerve pain for over a year since I’ve been post septic and I couldn’t find any help to ease the pain. Dr. Turner immediately knew a treatment and had me scheduled for a minor procedure for the following week. I’ve never met such a kind and supportive staff either. Everyone here was incredibly supportive and just so pleasant to talk to. I am so so so so thankful for everyone here and highly recommend them!!!!!
