The apartment complex is not in a safe area. One of the apartments on the opposite end of the complex from where I was staying had to be exterminated for bedbugs. I did not feel like the staff at the leasing office put the work orders into the computer system. One time right after I paid my rent on time one of the leasing consultants had an eviction notice on my back door. I went straight to the office and had them pull out the money order I gave them. Lived there for 2 years and it just got worse and worse. They never have any maintenance people there to fix anything. Sidewalks are all broken and the drainage when it rains or when they run the sprinklers is so bad the sidewalks are covered in water 1-2 inches deep. The model unit looked great but the one I rented was no where near as nice. It's a good location but unfortunately not worth staying. :(
