I've been living a whole year, all very quiet. Everyone has their own parking space. The administrator is always in her office. Obviously minus weekends and lunchtime. For the rest, Mrs. Jacky is always there ♥️. He is very friendly and efficient. Actually, we're leaving because they don't have to install a washing machine.
I’ve lived at Willow oaks since 2015. The property is clean and quiet thanks to the property manager Jacky & Mike. The apartments are spacious & our neighbors have always been quiet & courteous. There have also been a ton of improvements from newly stained/painted stairs last year, a new dog park, and new washing machines. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live that’s close to EVERYTHING I 10/10 would recommend.
Fast and attentive management and maintenance. Lived here for 8 years and only moved on due to space limitations.
We love our home and here is a place that you can call home. We have been here a few years now we have never had an issue. Maintenance is awesome when and its rare there is a problem Mike will take care of it that day even after hours. Jacky is great to work with. Waiting list is a mile long but if you get a chance to live here you won't regret it
