Poorly managed community and absolutely everything in the unit was cheaply constructed and there's probably no insulation in the walls. Management is faithful with inspections but slow to get maintenance requests completed. Previous office mngr stole rent and the way we were notified...notice on the door to almost the entire complex that rent hadn't been paid, corporate staff that was on site was rude and unsympathetic.
