The property manager received my application in June /03/2014. I told her I will need to move in at July /01/2014. She called me just 1 business day before my proposed move in day to tell me that she has just started looking at my application and that she needs me to come now to correct some errors in my application. Of course, I will not be able to respond in this prompt way. So, I had to forget about it.I was ripped off. My application fee is gone.

Poorly managed community and absolutely everything in the unit was cheaply constructed and there's probably no insulation in the walls. Management is faithful with inspections but slow to get maintenance requests completed. Previous office mngr stole rent and the way we were notified...notice on the door to almost the entire complex that rent hadn't been paid, corporate staff that was on site was rude and unsympathetic. The office people don't like the latinos,I go to ask for a apartment and the lady in the office when I ask for a apartment available she said I don't have anything and anyway you has to apply first because you don't know if you calificated.This is ridicules I can pay application fee if she said that she don't has a apartment available.

They FORCE people to give up their satelite tv service (mid-contract) by stating *ILLEGALLY* that you cannot have it on their property! Call your svc provider - ask them about it. After appealing to their corp office in Raleigh 2 times, they will NO LONGER take my calls!
