Willow Oak Pediatrics has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. They have cared for our 10 year old son since birth.
They are great at getting you in for last minute appointments and great at calling you back after hours. Dr. Shah is very caring, patient, and professional. Other than that, I would NOT recommend them. The other physicians (besides Shah) seem miserable and don't even seem to like kids. The office staff is even worse - rude and not cheerful. 11 Yeas, 3 Children and $76.00 After over 11 years of being patients with the practice (almost since the doors opening and when Dr. Fischer was the only physician) my family was kicked out due to an unpaid balance of $76.00. Dr. Fischer according to their Office Manager is the person that solely makes these decisions. They have a system, if they send you six notices and you do not pay (no matter what the reason) you are terminated from their practice. I did not even receive one phone call informing me of this.
