The communication is horrible. Anytime you call to try to speak to someone you don’t get nobody back email no response back the representative who answer the phone is rude. I was talking to them about trying to schedule things for my daughter therapy session after the school hours and all I got was well yeah we can’t work around her schedule so y’all don’t care about my child School scheduling so how do I feel comfortable enough to say y’all going to talk to her helped with her issues that she needs to be help with.
Not a great start to begin my journey I’ve called two days in a row and can’t seem to get a hold of anyone on the phones nor can I leave a voicemail for a call back. As a “new client” maybe this is not a good fit since it’s a challenge trying to speak to someone via telephone.
