I've not been here but from what I've read on the reviews, I felt the need to say something because I'm going through it. The communication is horrible. Anytime you call to try to speak to someone you don’t get nobody back email no response back the representative who answer the phone is rude. I was talking to them about trying to schedule things for my daughter therapy session after the school hours and all I got was well yeah we can’t work around her schedule so y’all don’t care about my child School scheduling so how do I feel comfortable enough to say y’all going to talk to her helped with her issues that she needs to be help with.

Not a great start to begin my journey I’ve called two days in a row and can’t seem to get a hold of anyone on the phones nor can I leave a voicemail for a call back. As a “new client” maybe this is not a good fit since it’s a challenge trying to speak to someone via telephone.
