Willow manor management is unprofessional and very rude. They lack integrity and the approach from which Jaxon Grandchamp speaks to his clients is off putting. People whom have lived in the home have wound up worse off than when they came. The fact that support, structure and safety is imperative in a recovery home has to be number one. Sadly, professionalism has to come from the top down and simply is not with Willow Manor!
