Nobody in the office ever no maintenance on site. Sidewalks are iced over mold is building up in apartments. Basic maintenance is not being taken care of. The floor plans on the apartments overall are decent, but it is a ghost town and this company absolutely has no responses to maintenance request or residential issues Even an emergency situations there is no response or it takes forever to anybody even acknowledge you Horrible, horrible place!!!
Wonderful place to live! Been here over a year and a half and have had all of our problems fixed within a very reasonable amount of time. Wonderful maintenance crew! Fast forward to almost 5 years in and I cannot wait to get out! Leasing Office turnaround is unbelievable. I feel uncomfortable in my own home.
