They Penny and dime their residence. Add charges. For tree removal that they should have been keeping trimmed.
They can't seem to get a good manager.Amy by far is the worst, abuse of power. Discrimination plays favorites very rude barely in office always on lunch. Does not know how to return phone calls. Come on Willow lakes do better!!!
We have lived here for 14 years and it has been a clean quiet community. Maintenance has been top notch. Recently Mario was able to completely clean out dryer vent which in turn cut down how many times I have to dry one load of clothes from 3 to 1. Hopefully they will be able to get the fountain in the pond fixed soon so the water will circulate to keep it clean and fishable as my husband loves to fish there.
Quiero reportar ala nueva manager emy estrada , nos puso una multa de 75 dolares y la yarda no estaba alta no llegaba ni a 3in y aparte no la isieron y me cobraron sin mandarme una foto de que segun me la vinieron a cortar y nadie vino,por todo quiere poner multas absurdas exijo la devolución de mi dinero esto es un robo
