They Penny and dime their residence. Add charges. For tree removal that they should have been keeping trimmed. To add to this they are charging fees for mowing the yards when they (willow lake/yes community didn't mow). I mow my own yard. Put weed and feed out to keep the weeds down. I don't get how it is okay for them to charge for services they did not provided??? Don't move here.
