I have been here over 30 years now, and have gone through several managers. Lavinia, is in my opinion, an excellent building manager. When there's a problem, it's taken care of promptly. I think the reason myself and the rest of the tenants I've talked to find her helpful, is her bright cheery smile to start with, and then she moves right onto the problem at hand. It is dealt with very quickly, and we haven't had a manager like her in a very long time. Let's not lose her.
We were lived there for almost 11 years in 9303 building. We had a few different managers. Lavinia one of the good managers. Thank you.
I recently moved from one suite to another within 9303 Salish Court.. Lavinia and the maintenance team did a fabulous job. They helped me with my existing suite and getting it into shape to rent. And they assisted me with my move into my new suite. Actually, the recruiting team to get me into my new suite was also very helpful. Overall, 9303 Salish Court is a great place to live, the building is good and all staff are kind and very helpful.. I truly enjoy living here.

I’m living in this building for 5 years and I’m so happy with the new building manager, Lavinia. The communication is transparent and make sure everyone is informed about any changes or important updates. The maintenance is always prompt and good.
