Lavinia and the maintenance team has been really helpful since we moved in. One of the best experiences renting a place in Vancouver so far!
An amazing and highly convenient location with plenty of nearby green spaces and walking trails. The area is quiet and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The building staff and management team are responsive, professional, and always willing to assist with maintenance requests and repairs.
I have always had great experiences with our building manager, Lavinia. She is professional, dependable, and always attentive to residents’ needs. My family have always felt heard and supported. I really appreciate all of her hard work.
I have lived at 9303 building since 2019. During this time 3 managers have managed this building, the 3rd being Lavinia. Past management were unable to adequately maintain nor address tenants needs in a timely manner, if in some cases not at all. Lavinia has been an absolute pleasure to have as a manager! She addresses tenant issues and complaints immediately and maintains this building like no other manager has. She’s very personable that makes it easy to talk to her.
