This property’s communication is terrible, they take forever to do anything and maintenance is not very good. Paying nearly $2000 for rent to be unsatisfied is so disappointing. From the moment I was suppose to move in it has not been pleasant in the lease but. First off I was blindsided by $120 in required fees, one being valet trash which I have not had the pleasure to use since it’s a required fee $30 fee.
