unsafe and unaffordable Rent here is laughable. It's run down and grimey. The walls are paper thin, the neighborhood is awful, and this place is very clearly squeezing every cent out of it's low income tenants. I can't even park my car here without the constant threat of it being broken into. 0/10

Why does management treat residents soo badly ?? Approximately 60 days ago while the apartment complex was relocating a dumpster, the subcontractor covered my widows and door with mud. I've spoken with management twice and still no results. I am a long time resident with no issues at this location. Why make a problem out of such a simple task?? I cannot recommend this place with the management now in place.

Property and management are good, some residents are not I lived at Willow Lake during 2014-2015. It is a great place to live, it has a pool for children, and a playground, the management responds to maintenance requests super fast. I received all my deposit back quickly, no hidden fees, overcharges for the stuff, or cleaning. The downside is that some residents do not follow the law, loud parties all night, drug sales, and weird people just stopping in the middle of the road to have a smoke break. Horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND I’ve lived here for 3 years. There is mold, there are cockroaches. The police are here every night. You never know if it’s a firework or gun.

My own issues, not this places I wrote a really bad review about a week ago. While I wont lie and say this place is perfect, what I wrote was not at all an accurate portrayal of the property. And instead of getting angry the management pulled me aside, addressed my issues and discussed the reason for my review courteously and professionally. No property is without flaw, but the staff here not only genuinely care, a lot of them live here and have a vested interest in keeping things running smooth. Overall great community.

terrible Nothing works everything is broke and everything is scratched and gouged. Stains on carpet cabinets are chewed up like rats had chewed them up. There's cockroaches. There's shootings atleast one a week. Don't move here they lie to you show you one apartment and give you a different one. Your holding fee for an apartment turns into processing fee . That goes to nothing but there pocket. DONT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
