Recently I decided to transition to another apartment within this lovely complex. Ms. Seydis, Ms. Michelle, and Ms. Judith, along with the management staff made the entire process a breeze. I am very pleased with the exceptional work performed by this team along with the maintenance staff members. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They go the extra mile to assure any task is completed to your satisfaction. Another “BRAVO” performance!

I’ve only lived here 3 weeks and I am counting down the days until I am leaving this complex. Due to numerous things but specifically my encounters with the leasing office, I probably wouldn’t have moved in if it wasn’t for work time constraints as well as me being brand new to this area. I’ve lived in WillowLake apartment homes for 7 years this year! They continue to have resident events. I’ve only been to a few as many of them aren’t conducive to my work schedule as I work in healthcare. Today I’m happy to say I was able to attend the resident brunch. Thank you to the staff for making this possible! I was able to see Michelle who was my leasing agent when I moved here in 2019. Looking forward to the next event! Happy New Year!
