My apartment has everything I need one bedroom/bath, balcony, (central air/heat), ceiling fans/ wash & dryer in unit. 2. Property exterior is somewhat clean minus when the trash over flows. The cleaning people come out once in a blue moon to clean the corridor areas. 3. Maintenance does routine checks on the apartment about every 6 months or so.
