The subpar features of the Willow Lake apartment homes and community is as equally tacky as the leasing agents' appearance and their quality of work. We were fortunate enough to find a better quality living after being approved for the apartments there. Despite not being able to give us the assigned apartment per our criteria after the application approva, they also made tacky excuses to keep the reservation fee. Jose Trejo was great! I had an issue with my sink and the response time to my maintenance request was same day! He was professional and resolved my issue.
Got a freshly renovated apartment and after a week it’s been great! Ms. Judith was very knowledgeable and I appreciated her patience throughout the move in process.
I just want to say how thankful I am to have the entire office team here at Willow Lake especially Shawntay and Demesha. They are so kind and friendly and really have a heart for their residents. I am just grateful for them. Thank you for all you do ladies! Keep up the excellent work.
