Wait time is at least 2 hours, consistently. Basic laws are not followed. The conduct of ICHD adolescent health management is fraudulent, unethical, and illegal. Unfortunately, patient care quality is dead last on their list. I have witnessed this both as a patient and employee.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.
