Ya Got a squatter that lives in abandoned units u got loud wanna be gangster teens outside every night until 3 am revving their broken down trucks that don’t even live here and ya got a dirty and nasty trash floating around outside everywhere place is Great moved from flint and feels like I’ve never left
Terrible, has black mold growing in basements and maintenence won't do anything to fix it. I lived here for almost 8 years and the dishwasher never worked just flooded. There was mold in the bathrooms on the ceiling. Do not recommend at all.
Stayed here for four years and couldn’t wait to get out. Let’s start with the fact that rent was being raised but maintenance was never an option here. Too much drama between the neighbors,nobody minds their business. The walls are so thin you can hear the people below or above farting. My dishwasher and garbage disposal went bad two years in and I put a few requests in and it was never fixed I feel sorry for the person who has to work on the garbage disposal it’s going to smell like death.
