These apartments are great. I've had a really good experience here and just renewed my lease! The apartments are huge considering the rent (i live in a 3 bed 3 bath) -- you get your own bathroom, a big walk in closet, and your room of course on top of the shared space, and my rent is much cheaper than friends who have a lot less space. The in-unit washer and dryer is amazing, as well as the fact it comes with furniture. I highly recommend Yugo Grove Apartments for anyone attending CSU. The community is well-managed, and the office staff are incredibly supportive and responsive. Special praise to the manager, Kathleen - she truly goes above and beyond to help residents and make the experience positive. Living here has been a great decision, and I’d definitely recommend it to other students.
