I already left a review when I first moved here one year ago, but I have switched my unit to a renovated one since then and would like to provide additional insight! The renovated unit is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the extra money. I appreciate how the floors are a nice birch color instead of a boring gray like many other modern apartments implement–it makes it a lot easier to create a cozy space.
