As somebody who hadn't been to the dentist for 4 or 5 years, my first impression was that everybody was respectful, realistic about treatment expectations, and transparent on financial matter. That was earlier this year and since then I've had several appointments including cleaning, fillings, crowns, and a semi-emergency root canal (my first one ever). The staff and dentist went above and beyond to make this very anxious gal feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a new dental companion.
Clean, helpful front desk, super hygienist! Follow-up review: Dr. Ridder ROCKS! She works really fast on preparing for crowns. Crown delivery was spot on. I LOVE MY NEW SMILE!!!
I went to Willow Grove because of dental issues last week. The front desk receptionist was very helpful to me & then the dentist checked out my teeth and was able to take great care of me & set me up for future appointment to fix my problem. I will be going back to their office for future visits.
The front desk is so nice and welcoming, along with Natalie my hygienist is definitely the best, I enjoy my visits every time, welcoming, makes the trip to the dentist easy, she is very thorough and takes pride in making sure your teeth are as clean as they can be , wants to help you out for sure! Very professional and good at what they do!!!I love it still has the small practice- family/mom & pop shop feel! I am glad I go to willow grove! They take care of you !!
