These places act like they’re equal housing opportunity when in fact, it’s just all for show. They have so many rules behind it. They make it impossible for anyone with the housing choice voucher to get in. I know certain people make the vouchers have a bad name, but there’s people like me who are very clean who take care of their home and is always grateful for everything that comes my way. Current resident of almost 3 years with no issues until now, apartments are now under new ownership and staff disregards residents concerns. Work orders are NOT taken care of in a timely manner. They are not being done at all, have been waiting for over a month and no one has reached out. Residents are not being heard. Rent increased without notice and without agreement, even while in current lease. Complex is disorganized and chaotic while under this ownership.

Good place to live, the apartments are actually pretty nice and modern in some ways compared to other places. Everything is pretty new. Maintenance is on top of everything. I think it’s a pretty safe place to live. It’s great that it comes with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, and a microwave already. The residents are also nice as well as management.

I like the apartments and the great service. But it seems like the problem is with the new policies that are being enforced on the Tenants. I had a cheap Xfinity internet plan which costs me 25$ (300 MB/S) per month including device rent. But with the new policy they are enforcing me to take their own xfinity internet which bumped my price to 50$ excluding the device (which is 10$ more).
