The parking there sucks everything so narrow
Long time resident here, and I have to say the apartments are so much better now that new management has taken over. Rachel in the front office is so helpful! I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here.
New looking tenets beware! I've been here a few year, it was pretty quiet no problem and management was easy and quick to respond. They sold it to this new management a couple months ago and its nothing but problems! inspections all the time and then not even showing up when they told you they were. Basically impossible to get ahold of you can call 5 times at 5 different hours and they wont pick up. Then they are clearly letting in more Section 8 housing and which some are probably decent but its bringing in a bunch of unwan... read more
These places act like they’re equal housing opportunity when in fact, it’s just all for show. They have so many rules behind it. They make it impossible for anyone with the housing choice voucher to get in. I know certain people make the vouchers have a bad name, but there’s people like me who are very clean who take care of their home and is always grateful for everything that comes my way.
