Let me start by saying when we first moved into Willow Grove in 2017 we absolutely loved it. The office staff and maintenance staff were great and it was a great place to live. Fast forward to June 2025 we couldn’t wait to get out of this dump. The current management staff and maintenance team are absolutely useless. They sit in the office and do absolutely nothing. My husband and I lived at Willow Grove Apartments for precisely one year. The overall experience was nice; however, some setbacks caused us to move. Pros: 1. Quiet Community: We lived in building five and never once heard our neighbors. I would frequently go on walks at night and never once heard a loud noise coming from a unit. 2. After visiting multiple apartment communities, Willow Grove stands out by far! The apartments are stunning, the amenities are top-tier, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’m looking forward to making this my home!
As a pet owner, I was thrilled to see how pet-friendly Willow Grove is! There’s plenty of green space for walks and even a designated dog park. It’s great to find a community that truly welcomes pets!
