I had the pleasure of meeting Carlyne today while visiting Willow grove today. She was so friendly and accommodating. She made me feel like Willow Grove is a place I would like to my home.Maddy was also wonderful when showing me the apartment last month. Willow grove has an amazing management team.
Thank you Willow Grove Maintenance for your prompt response regarding malfunctioning smoke detector. Last month, we lost heat and it was handled immediately. Nick and Juan, along with the office managers, Melissa and Maddie are respectful and provide excellent customer service. It is nice to see them on site. It feels like welcome home everyday.
