Been living here for 5 years, had multiple leaks, requested mold testing the first or second leak, they refused saying that maintenance remedied the situation. Got another leak had painters patch and paint over the water spots. Last leak they did a mold test and was positive for mold. Told my family, wife, 3yo, and dog, to vacate at 5:30pm and to find relatives to stay with and that they wouldn’t cover the cost of a hotel or place to stay. Current resident living here for a year and a few months but now enough is enough.Various issues have come up resulting in us vacating our unit because it was unlivable at each time. I had the pleasure of meeting Carlyne today while visiting Willow grove today. She was so friendly and accommodating. She made me feel like Willow Grove is a place I would like to my home.Maddy was also wonderful when showing me the apartment last month. Willow grove has an amazing management team.
