The communities are nice but the management are a sloppy mess. They dont return calls or answer the phone half the time. You can never depend to receive a statement at the same time each month or in the same manner. Aometimes they mail it sometimes it is on your door and sometimes you dont receive it. They also mess up often by putting evictions notices on the wrong peoples doors. The communities are quiet and friendly with mixed families but again, management sucks.
@Liliana- If you dont like where you live then move. How do you come to the conclusion that the manager is "Racist" towards hispanics when mayority of the mobile home community is full of hispanics. And her great grandchildren are half hispanics. Why dont you get your information correct before you go put stuff on the internet. Yes I agree with CaringinTX, Managment really does suck, I wanted to add one more thing, no secureness, peoples stuff is also always beign stolen, neighbors are friendly and nice, but management is really bad, its true about, the letters, they will tell you they send out notices of changes, and for some reason you never get them, regarding management, they are really racist people against hispanics The owner Mrs Janet is a really mean and racist person, does not know how to talk to her tenants, plus they r always having prop... read more
