Este lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie ya que cuando llueve se inunda mucho y si no quieres q tu casa se dañe mantente lejos de este lugar, aparte la renta del terreno está más elevado el precio q otros lugares le suben a la renta todos los años, y te ponen complaint por todo y si no cumples estás en riesgo de desalojo de la propiedad
