Housing is being kept up maintenance and turn over rate is not as high management as gotten more personal instead of creating drama they are building relationships with their tenants especially the ones who may not have anybody or just need a helping hand
By far the best place I've lived. Me and my family moved here from oakmound apartments, compared to them this place is heaven on earth. We don't have to worry about our cars being broken into or bedbugs from using the laundry facilities or cockroaches from an unknown dead neighbor above us, all of which has happened to us at our previous home. Maintenance is amazing and very quick and management is also super nice and responds quickly, rent is affordable and everything is close by so no more long car rides for groceries.
