Very disappointing experience at Willow Glen Pet Hospital with Dr. Williford. My German Shepherd was seen multiple times for urinary issues, and after spending nearly $4,000, we left with no diagnosis and a lot of frustration. There were long wait times, delayed test results (despite their claims of fast in-house labs), and poor communication.
