Great service and friendly staff! The work was done quickly and everything works perfectly now.
My powerwall stopped communicating. I contacted a few powerwall installers and Willow Glen was the only one to return my call. They tried to help me fix it without them coming out, but no luck. The electrician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem and then helped me figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it. Excellent, professional, courteous. Would definitely use them again
I hired Willow Glen Electric to install an EV charger in my garage. Will responded quickly with the quote and discussed the details with me by phone. Cheryl did the scheduling and was a terrific help when the city dragged its feet on the permit. Sonny and Uriel did the installation quickly and professionally, explaining everything to me and cleaning up when finished. This company is not the cheapest around, but they are fast, responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job for me. I would definitely choose them again.
Communication with Sales via email was great. I received a quote timely. The price was high, in my opinion, but I was willing to pay extra for permitted work from a licensed contractor. Also, Willow Glenn Electric was recommended on Telsa's website for EV charger installation. The work was scheduled same week, and the installation was fast.
