We had some code compliance issues with the City of San Jose and Willow Glen Electric helped us to quickly resolved all of the issues. We passed final inspection, thank you!

I had a confirmed appt July 9 12-2pm for EV charger installation. There were crickets until I called them at 1:55pm. Customer service said someone would call us back, and said the technician was finishing a job. Crickets. I called back at 2:45pm, and there was an internal memo that the installation was cancelled at 2:07pm, but no one emailed or called us to update us. Really horrible first impression of this company.
