They are great -- I highly recommend going with Trout Electric. I worked with Leo and he was really helpful and understanding. I will absolutely be going back to them.
Honestly it just felt good to finally find someone who knew what they were doing. The guy showed up on time and fixed a wiring problem in about 20 minutes, something that had been bothering us for weeks. Weird to say but it was kind of refreshing to watch a professional just handle something without any drama or upselling or lecturing you about what you should have done differently. Those people are very nice professional at this place, especially Anita has very deep knowledge of pg and e requirements and they have good communication skills, price is good too, highly recommend their service.
We had some code compliance issues with the City of San Jose and Willow Glen Electric helped us to quickly resolved all of the issues. We passed final inspection, thank you!
I had a confirmed appt July 9 12-2pm for EV charger installation. There were crickets until I called them at 1:55pm. Customer service said someone would call us back, and said the technician was finishing a job. Crickets. I called back at 2:45pm, and there was an internal memo that the installation was cancelled at 2:07pm, but no one emailed or called us to update us. Really horrible first impression of this company.
