Seems like they just want application fees and just stringing us along. We are growing weary waiting around to see if we are approved so we can move in. In my past experience I’ve never seen it take more than a week to approve an application. Also they pretend like they will do the best they can to make sure you get approved but that’s a lie. They will say anything to get your application fee. So just beware.

I stayed there for 3 years, it's a lot better than what it was. There were too many children running around in one area and they would play on the doorbell. They got rid of the families that had children. The pool was blue when I moved there, but never used it, after a while it was closed,never cleaned or opened back up. Be careful of who you stay over, I had never had roaches, but someone moved in downstairs under me, and I roaches started coming into my apartment and it got really bad. If you can avoid leasing from this location then I would highly recommend it. The location is in the middle of multiple crack neighborhoods with them roaming up from those neighborhoods to steal from you. To top it off you're now paying some of the higher rates within Monroe to be stolen from and the front office does not care and will continue to raise prices while shrugging off your legitimate issues.
