I went here with mental health issues and left the office feeling worse then I had when I went in. Thank you, Jessica Hamilton! You are terrible at what you do.
The receptionists are snappy and cruel right off the start of a call. Constantly being told to go to COPC or after-hours clinics. Our family doctor doesn't work monday through friday, how are we supposed to get any sort of care? Absolutely disgusted with the work practices of the staff at this so called doctor's office. People can't be expected to wait for 8+ hours to be seen when they have young children at COPC.
