First Dr. O’Donnell, then Dr. Welihinda, and the NPs at Willow Family Health have been my family’s primary healthcare providers for almost twenty years. They have seen me through a couple of serious medical challenges, they’ve cared about my kids through their teen and adult years and I couldn’t be more grateful to not only HAVE a GP during these years when so many people can’t even get a doctor, but to have such an amazing team is truly a blessing. This clinic operates based off of same day appointments. This policy is horrible for patient care. It is nearly impossible to book appointments. You call everyday right when the clinic opens only to be informed there are no appointments and to call back the next day - or visit urgent care/after hours clinic. I use urgent care now as this office is consistently unavailable.
We have had our doctors here for o er 30 years. Always love the individual attention we receive. We moved over an hour away and still travel to our appointments.
