I have to say, I’ve only gone to Willow once before for lip wax , with Vanna. She seemed nice we chatted a bit and she gave me her card because she only works there 2 days I purposely booked my second lip wax when she was there. She was like an entirely new person My appt was for 12:15, I got there 12:06, she took me right away but 3 times during my 10 min session she was looking at her watch I went to ask her something as I got up from table & and she said so sorry I have to do highlights!
