I just love Willow and Edge. Everyone there is exceptionally nice. They are courteous and caring and make my visits a pleasant experience. I never would’ve went to their establishment if it weren’t for Vanna. She is the only person I see and I will follow her anywhere she works. Fortunately she has been working here in Allendale for several years which is convenient. But I have followed her for the last twenty years and will continue to do so. Got highlights/lowlights and a cut from Vanna and I am obsessed! She knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! She is the best!
This is a fabulous salon. I have been getting my mani/pedi’s done by Vanna for more than 20 years, following her from one salon to the next. She is very detail-oriented and precise, never taking short-cuts. Probably about 10 years ago, I also started getting my hair done by Vanna. I have to say, I’ve only gone to Willow once before for lip wax , with Vanna. She seemed nice we chatted a bit and she gave me her card because she only works there 2 days I purposely booked my second lip wax when she was there. She was like an entirely new person My appt was for 12:15, I got there 12:06, she took me right away but 3 times during my 10 min session she was looking at her watch I went to ask her something as I got up from table & and she said so sorry I have to do highlights!
