I used to swear by Willow Creek, but my last two visits were just awful. Last night I had to take one of my dogs in for stomach issues he'd been having over the last few months. I had a 7:50 appointment, they told me to come in 10 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork. (New dog who had been using another vet previously) showed up 15 minutes early...nothing for me to fill out. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my appointment. I understand waits, but I wish they wouldn't have had me come in so early with an... read more
