Anyone reading these comments needs to look at the dates they were written. I believe they have had a change in manaagemnt recently. We moved in a little over a month ago. We have nothing but good things to say about the current management. We have never lacked for hot or cold water. If anything, I would say the water was a little too hot. Our A/C did go out; howvever, management was very prompmt in addressing the problem. WARNING!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!we moved into theses apartments to be close to the college and beacuase of the price..as soon as we drove up to the apartments all our neighbors told us we made a big mistake! the day we moved in the windows were missing and our a/c was running full blast(this was mid-summer)..they repaired it right away...same day we realized the fridge was not working i think it took them 2 weeks to fix that...we lost all our food TWICE!..then the faucet in the shower kept falling off every time we turned the s... read more
I agree with the other reveiw! Nothing is ever fixed and managment is rude! The continually raise your rent even though they arent fixing anything. They bother to get to know your names your just an apt number to them.
Dont EVER rent from these people!! The management is horrible and WHEN they have a maintenance man you can NEVER get anything fixed. One time we paid our rent on time and they gave us an eviction notice because we paid the guy instead of the lady!! She said oh sorry he didnt tell me--they never get anything done at all so forget getting it right. Our A/C goes out every 2 months and we have children.
