Was interested in purchasing a mobile home here for the second time in 3 years, and they take over a month to do the application process and then they haggle with you over everything and try to make you do twice and deny your application for anything possible along the way the first time they closed out my application because of a wrong phone number typo. The second time they denied me because of a minor infraction that happened over 4 years ago and was not my fault. We waited over a month to get approval and wasted our time... read more
My parents have lived in this park since 1988. It has gone to crap. Management constantly harass and sends letters to my elderly widowed mom about the grass needing to be cut. Pieces of siding that need to be painted and its one of the nicer homes in the park. People speed down the street. Young kids walk up the middle of the street using filthy language. No trampolines or pools are allowed in the yard even when the home is owned.
Management seem like they were very knowledgeable very clean
