They dont even deserve a 1 star. We have been there 2 years, and they have raised they property rental fee 4 times. You have to pay 1,200 to 1,300 month if not 1,400. The only thing deafinant is that your lot rent few will go up.Then there is the smell. It smells like the dump with cat feces everywhere. They dont clean under the trailers before the sell the to trailer, so there is just piles an piles of cat feces every where. Then there is the issue of how close they put they trailers together.
