Everything very bad stole money $336.65 for nothing bad service bad call no answer
Paying 328 a month is crazy landscaping is horrible winter times even worse not kids friendly at all the fences are falling apart they don’t fix them the people on the bored us the money to fix there houses all cars get broke into every other day we are not allowed to look at the cameras we payed for but they can review them at there discretion they try to fine you for any and everything
The HOA is $326/ month , this is insane I know other communities around with pools and background for children and it’s a lot cheaper. We don’t have a pool we don’t have anything. Why it’s so expensive ? I have a friend of mine who own a condo in California and his HOA is $289.? I would like to see the financial statement where the money is going.
Love my condo.. put thousands in renovations.. But, too embarrassed to invite anyone because the front fence cover is cracking and warped.. Still waiting for repairs over a year.. Willing to pay and replace myself.. However, love the park and walking area..Nice place to live..
This HOA is terrible, they don’t care about the homeowners, they badger them about everything, steal money from residents (add items to budget that they never bring to fruition) so we pay extra for nothing. They add policies that ensure anything they do exterior wise that damages your property becomes your full responsibility. I have documents I can provide stating such as well. The best thing this HOA can do is buy me out of my property, or just oust themselves from our community.
