At the time I was placed in a commitment, This officer took me from the hospital into the car already in full on leg restraints. At this time I as being trafficked and was triggers by guns due to witnessing a murder. He had his guns facing up not in a case so I obviously freaked out. When we go to the facility he told the staff that I was being uncooperative. When I got out and walked in and answered questions I was cooperating. Considering their employees harass people online no I would never recommend this place I do have a photo of the harassing employee if you’d like to get it and I can show you where they harassed me
RecommendedWhen I was there the staff and doctors there listen to me and they helped me out a lot. The food was ok but I wouldn’t eat all the time. Groups helped me understand and got me thur of what I was going thur. All the staff on 400 was really kind and they listen to me and helped me thur. I still have my days but I get thur it. Thank you Willow Creek for helping me thur what I was going thur.
dont go there if you really want help. you wont be taken seriously. only treated like a prisoner and degraded. they give whatever meds they have on hand for medical and psych no matter what you are already on. it's simply a Medicaid money pit. a very degrading and traumatizing place to go. I did not feel safe there. staff was more of a threat then other patients. I know my illness and the meds for it. I was told to leave by the psych dr because I refused meds that hadn't worked for me in the past. he just assumed I was refus... read more

I was there a year ago and still will not ever forget how rude most of the staff are. It was also Very cold at night and they limit you to only 2 thin blankets. There is a lot more I have to say but I'm sure someone else already said it.
The staff and therapist were excellent during my stay there. I was dealing with some mental health issues and they helped me learn coping skills and to develop a support system and how to talk to them. Thank you for the wonderful care!
