I experienced with Willow Creek Apartments—a deal of it—that I really feel, as a responsible human being, I have to share this piece of information with others who would be willing to rent at this place. After we moved out from the apartment that had been home to my pastor for a year, we bumped into a big problem. We even cleaned professionally — using services for cleaning — and took photos of the whole apartment, capturing the state of things at the time of moving out. Avoid this place if you have Ikea cabinets or dresser you want to secure to the wall stud to prevent it from killing someone in your family. Landlord does not care about your safety. If a cabinet falls on your child, oh well. I would not recommend a place that does not care about safety.
